Salon Policies

In order to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that your experience is relaxing, please review and adhere to our policies.

Covid-19 Protocol


Face Cover Required. A face covering that extends over the mouth and nose is required at all times during your service. If you do not have a face covering or if your face covering has not been cleaned within the past 7 days, a disposable face mask will be provided to you.

Personal Belongings. We ask that you limit the items brought into the salon as much as possible to avoid cross-contamination on surfaces. We will provide alcohol pads to clean your mobile devices if in use during your service.

Sanitation Practices. We ask that all Salon Guests please apply hand sanitizer upon arrival into the salon and/or wash your hands before entering the space.

Cancellation Policy


Please give us 48 hours advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be subject to 50% of the total cost of your scheduled services. 

In the event that you awaken feeling ill, or anyone in your household becomes ill, please contact us via text message or email to cancel your appointment. Please do not come into the salon if you are feeling sick.

No Show Policy


If you do not show for a confirmed appointment you will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the “NO SHOW FEE” is received.

Children & Guest Policy


We do not offer salon services for patrons under the age of 16 years old. At this time, no guests or children are allowed to accompany clients to their service without prior approval.

Failure to notify the salon of an additional guest will result in immediate appointment cancellation and 100% of the total service cost being charged. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the “CANCELLATION FEE” is received.

Inclement Weather Policy



In the event of inclement weather that prohibits you from adhering to your scheduled appointment time you may cancel your appointment on the same-day without the application of the “No Show Fee”; however there is no guarantee of availability for rescheduling.


In the event of inclement weather that causes the salon to close, you will be notified via text message communication and efforts will be made to reschedule your appointment for the earliest availability.

Late Arrival Policy


Please contact your Hair Care Professional if you are going to be arriving late.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, a $25 Late Fee will be applied to the total cost of service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for a future date and the “NO SHOW FEE” will be charged for your appointment.

Payments / Deposits


Our services are “by appointment only” which require first-time guests to reserve a credit/debit card on file prior to confirmation of the appointment.

In addition, all services totaling $150 or greater require a prepaid non-refundable deposit. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of services, and the balance is due at the time of the appointment.

Debit / Credit and Apply Pay are all acceptable forms of payment. On all debit/credit transactions a 3% processing fee will be applied. Unfortunately, we do not accept paper checks, Cash App or Zelle at this time.
